Costs:

• Improve your swimming for as little as $20 per hour under Mat's watch.

• Have Mat create your training plan, attend team practices, and have unlimited communication for as little as $100 per month.

• Fighting Koalas Triathlon Team: founder (2008), owner, franchisor and head coach.
• Hamilton Hammerheads Athletic Club founder (1999), owner (1999-2003) and head coach (1999-2006)
• International Children's Games coach for Hamilton in swimming. (2001 in Hungary, 2002 in Poland)
• Owner of a retail store in Waterdown, and a publishing company in the GTA

• NCCP level 2 swimming
• NCCP level 1 triathlons

• NCCP level 1 cycling
• Can-Fit-Pro personal training
• NLS, First Aid and CPR
• Education: Architectural Technician 1998-2000 Mohawk College, Business 2004-2006 Mohawk College

• PB Olympic distance Triathlon = 1:56.49 (2002 in Victoria)

Kids 9-14: Between $60-$85 per month depending on amount of weekly practices

Juniors 12-17: $100 per month plus a YMCA membership

Adults: Between $100 per month plus a YMCA membership
